Treston's Walking Buddy  / Michelle Turner (grandaughter)

You were one of the best men that I have ever met...You were always there to listen or to make me laugh when we all needed it..You are my husbands grandpa some one that he admired more than many will ever know....You were also my sons great-grandpa. Trey thought you hung the moon. He loved it that you called him "your little walking buddy". He still talks about you and says that you are watching over him and that gives me a piece of joy to know that you are. I will never forget when I told him that you had went to see Jesus and he cried and said that all he wanted was for Santa to bring him his sick Popa back with new legs so he could walk with you some more...I know that you will be waiting to take another walk with him one day too.....We love you Grandpa and miss you greatly!!!

Love,
Chubba, Michelle, and Treston "your walking buddy"

Grandpa I sure miss you...they say if you love someone you should let them go but its hard to...I know your in a better place now and even though its hard with you not being here I am glad your out of all your pain...Its weird to walk into you and grandma's house and not seeing you in your recliner watching tv or working on a crossword or in the kitchen playing your cards...even though your body is not here you'll always remain here with all of us and you'll never be forgotten...I love and miss you grandpa Close

Grandpa you were one of the best men I ever knew...I knew I could always go by the house and you would be there either working your crossword puzzles, watching tv or taking a nap in your recliner.....but you were always home.....its weird going by there now and not seeing you but I can still hear your voice and remember how you liked to tell jokes just to get everyone to laugh....you may not be here with us anymore but you will never be forgotten....I love and miss you very much and I think of you everyday but I know your not hurting anymore like you did there in the end I will always remember my 27th birthday cause the day after my birthday is the day my grandpa went home to heaven and got out of all his pain.

Love your oldest grandkid,

Tomorrow / Julia Housman (Daughter)

It was such a long journey with you here sick daddy, and that winding road ended with you leaving us, but with every tomorrow that comes takes me on my own journey , one day closer to the end of my road and I hope and pray that my road takes me to heaven to see you play in the angel band. I know that when you left us, that jesus took you by the hand and sat you down and asked you to play that guitar for papa and momma, I bet they sure were glad to see you. Just like I will be when I get to heaven. Until then I will keep you in my heart so that I don't get to lonely without you.

381 daddy
Now and forever
Your baby girl,
Sissy

My Tribute  / Deb Hunter (Nurse & Daughter)
I was so honored to be sent to such a loving household, and to become a part of this special family. I feel blessed to have been welcomed and to have helped with the care of your loving Husband, Daddy,Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Uncle, and Friend. One thing that I learned is that Mr. Morris put everyone before himself and he was such a loving person.  He made me feel at home and we had such long talks and one thing is for sure he loved his family.  I will never forget my Mr. Morris... I was so glad that I was able to be there with you Dad, to tell you how much you meant to me, and how much I loved you.  It was so wonderful to hear you tell me you loved me everynight, and to read the prayers that you wrote.  I will cherish those moments I had with you. I miss you so much, but I am certain Heaven is rejoicing, because I know you are there !  I wish you were still here with us Pop, telling us you'll see us in the morning if the good lords willing and the creek don't rise.  There is just so much more I want to know about you.  All the stories you told us when we were kids, I want to hear them again Pop..  I miss you so much..  and more than ever I need you now with me.
